Refunds/Cancellations Policy
At Sportwort, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. We offer refunds and cancellations under the following conditions:
A. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service team at support@sportwort.com. Once canceled, the refund will be initiated, and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. However, you may initiate a return or refund request after delivery.
B. Returns and Refunds
- You may return or request a refund for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@sportwort.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
C. Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
D. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including promotional items, gift cards, and items that are used or damaged after delivery.
